The Hypno-Meditation Series
About the Facilitator
My name is Els De Bundel and I am a certified Hypnotherapist (non-medical).
I also hold certifications as a Parts Therapy Facilitator, Resource Strategist, Past Life Regression and Soul Journey Facilitator, Life Coach and Reiki Healer.

For the last 25 years I have made it my mission to help others transform their skills and personal aspirations into a fulfilling life. I do this by helping them discover the root cause of their issues or challenges and dissolving these limitations using hypnosis and other techniques, so they are able to realise their full potential and see their creativity released. Bridging the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
My passion for my work lies in the fact that I want people to be able to look back on their life, feel joy and total satisfaction, because they deserve it!
Over the years, as a corporate trainer and coach I have also created more than 40 professional and personal development courses, facilitated over 500 corporate workshops, as well as presented countless courses and lectures in various countries.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis has been used in the treatment of pain; depression; stress; habit disorders; skin conditions; post-surgical recovery; gastro-intestinal disorders; childbirth and many other conditions. The uses for hypnosis are endless…
Hypnosis is probably best known for helping smokers quit. There are different techniques that can be used, and most people require only three or four sessions. Some have stopped smoking after only one session.
Do you want to lose those extra kilograms? By using suggestion therapy, I let you imagine yourself eating less, healthier and enjoying exercising more. I use regression therapy for deeper underlying reasons for carrying around extra weight.
By using deep relaxation techniques during hypnosis, we relax your physical body as well as your mind. We will work through the things that cause your stress and set up your resources to help you cope better with triggers.
Fears and phobias are highly treatable during hypnosis, and you can easily overcome it. Often only two or three sessions are needed.
By using regression or analytical therapy during hypnosis, childhood trauma can be resolved. This can bring tremendous relief to anyone who has suffered childhood trauma.
How often do we say: There is a part of me that wants to do something (stop smoking / lose weight / exercise more / start my own business), and then there is another part that does the complete opposite (can’t give up the cigarettes / eat more cake / sleep late / procrastinate) etc?
There are two parts of our subconscious mind, causing inner conflict. During Parts Therapy we resolve inner conflict by communicating directly to the two conflicting parts and get them to agree, resulting in inner harmony.
Hypnosis may be a helpful non-drug therapy to reduce pain in chronic conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia. Studies show that more than 75% of people with arthritis and related diseases experience significant pain relief using hypnosis.
More and more people are asking: Is this really my first lifetime? Or have I lived at another time, in another place, in another body? Our soul’s memory is stored in our unconscious mind.
During a Past Life Regression session, I will gently guide you into a previous carnation, relevant to the questions you are asking or the issue you are dealing with. Here you will orientate yourself and experience moments of that lifetime, gathering insight and understanding.
Most athletes who are open to the idea of reducing stress and honing concentration can benefit from hypnotherapy.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool in self-improvement but it can also help you change many factors of your business that you may be unhappy or unsure about.
Hypnosis in the corporate environment can assist with:
- Stress management
- Time management
- Goal setting
- Motivation
- Performance
A Japanese type of healing practice, Reiki is characterised as a practice of “laying of hands”. This action promotes the channelling of “healing energy” to another person. The energy flows through the palms and brings along with it healing powers that can be used for self-treatment as well as for treating others.
The healing powers of the technique are based on the idea that there is an unseen “life force energy” that flows through each person. This life force is said to be the reason why people are alive. When one’s life force energy is low, then people are likely to get ill or feel weak. If the life force is high, people feel healthy and happy.
Many people prefer Reiki because it lessens the depression they feel brought on by their illness or emotional pains. Aside from healing a person’s body and spirit, Reiki also helps a person to balance his or her priorities in life to achieve a more relaxed and content life.
Reiki compliments allopathic and homeopathic medicine, as well as other alternative types of treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture, hypnosis and Chinese medicine, often to help relieve side effects and promote recovery. Although the practice of Reiki may be spiritual in nature, it is not considered as a religion. Reiki also does not interfere with any religious or belief systems a person may have.
The art of chakra healing has been used for centuries to balance important energy centres in our body called chakras. We can use a number of different tools such as stones, sound or meditation during chakra balancing. The end result being a physically healthier body and a happier, more peaceful you.
We all have seven primary chakras that correspond with vital areas of our bodies and emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives. The seven chakras form a line from the base of your spine to the top of your head. Chakras have their own colour, vibrational frequency, and symbol. For example, the first chakra is found at the base of the spine and is known as the root chakra. This chakra governs the spinal column, kidneys, legs, feet, rectum, and immune system. So, when this chakra is out of balance, it may lead to lower back pain, varicose veins, leg cramps, rectal conditions, depression, as well as immune related disorders. A lack of balance in the root chakra may be caused by feelings of low self esteem, insecurity, or family concerns.
Other chakras include the sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, brow, and crown chakras. Each energy centre must be vibrating at the proper frequency independent of one another in order for the entire body to vibrate in harmony. Therefore, each chakra is equally important to optimal functioning of the body according to the chakra healing tradition.
Because the chakras govern every organ and system in your body, chakra healing has far reaching health implications. Chakra balancing can lead to improved heart, lung, brain, immune and digestive function and may also help with depression, anxiety, and other emotional imbalances. Many believe that the chakras have the power to transform your life both physically and spiritually. It is only when our chakras are in sync that we can truly access higher levels of consciousness.
The idea of life coaching is to define goals and work out how you can achieve them. If you are at a transition point in your personal or professional life then coaching can give you the confidence to set priorities, take decisions and make changes which will ultimately help you achieve a happier life. It is all about taking charge of your life and getting the results you want, rather than drifting and allowing things to happen around you.
In your working life perhaps you would like to improve your career opportunities, achieve more or develop your skills, but you are not sure how. Alternatively perhaps you would like to become self-employed, or simply need a change. A new challenge can give you a sense of purpose but you may lack the confidence to proceed. Life coaching will help you understand and accept your weaknesses, but also enable you to believe in yourself and make the most of your strengths and abilities.
In your personal life you may feel you need or want to change your lifestyle. Perhaps you would like to lose weight, improve your health and fitness, manage stress or gain a better work/life balance. While you may well know what you should be doing, actually keeping up lifestyle changes is difficult at times. Coaching can help you identify exactly why you want to change, why earlier attempts may have faltered, and to view the process in a more positive way. Crucially the targets you set will be realistic so that your motivation and the benefits of change can be maintained.
Imagine the life that you want to live… your dreams, aspirations, goals, etc. By focusing on what you want, we train your mind and set you up for success.
I really like seeing people happy. But the reality is that while most humans spend their entire life in pursuit of happiness, many never truly find it. There are three roadblocks to our personal happiness:
- We do not know ourselves.
- We give too much power to things that do not matter.
- We simply do not give enough weight to the things that do make us happy.
As you wake up each new day, you should be filled with excitement because you know you are meant to be living a meaningful life where you are following your dreams and ambitions. And to feel you have control in doing this.
The ‘Create the Life You Love!’ meditation programme and workshops have been specifically designed to help you visualise the beauty of your unique and powerful life. The aim of these meditation sessions is to:
- Provide your body and mind with a chance to relax and release tension.
- Release fear and address the barriers that keep you from soaring.
- Re-introduce you to your own inner wisdom.
- Teach you how to trust your own inner guidance.
- Identify and trust your life’s purpose.
- Cultivate faith and compassion.
- Gain confidence and self-worth.
- Deepen your understanding of your true sense of self.
