Themes 1 to 4 – Claim Your Power

Walking your own path, means choosing your own life-path in a very conscious way without seeking anyone else’s approval. It does not necessarily mean doing something ‘unconventional’. It simply means becoming aware of your inner self and making conscious decisions. This guided meditation or workshop focuses on reasons why and how to follow your own path.

True personal power comes from within and it is about knowing you have a right to be here! Owning your power means you take your place in this world without ever being a victim. This guided meditation or workshop focuses on how to own your power and be your own person because personal power plays a big part in our ability to be both successful and happy.

Learning to listen to your intuition or ‘gut feeling’ has a lot to do with trust – which can be difficult when fear is involved. In this guided meditation or workshop, I teach you how to trust your intuition because trusting your intuition is the ultimate act of trusting yourself! 

Confidence is an attitude that leads to calculated risk-taking and accepts things might be awkward at first. It is the place beyond procrastination. But confidence is also like a catch-22. If you don’t already have a certain measure of self-confidence, it’s difficult to become more confident. This guided meditation or workshop focuses on connecting you with your inner power and cultivating unconditional self-worth which ultimately leads to increased self-confidence.

Loneliness is not a lack of company, it’s a lack of quality connection with your deepest self and it can happen to anyone at any point in their life. This guided meditation or workshop focuses on how to deal with loneliness and the gathering of confidence to find one’s tribe.

The key to understanding self-worth is realising why it’s so important to have it, and how it can change the way you live your life. If you have a high level of self-worth, you will view yourself favourably and have the utmost faith that you can set and achieve your goals. This guided meditation or workshop looks at the need for self-forgiveness in order to develop a higher sense of self-worth so you can live your purpose and be happier.

As the truest and most authentic expression of your essence, your inner child carries tremendous wisdom but also profound pain.  Inner child work is the process of contacting, understanding, embracing, and healing your inner child so that you can experience joy and freedom in all areas of life. This guided meditation or workshop focuses on helping you to connect to your inner child, allowing you to explore the part of your personality that both reacts and feels like a child.

An integrated shadow can be your greatest ally but a repressed one can be your worst nightmare. How can we love and accept ourselves completely when there are parts of us that we still feel ashamed of – parts that we might even hate?  In this guided meditation or workshop I help you explore and embrace your shadow self, reducing projection when you interact with others and teaching compassion toward self and others.

If you struggle with energy loss and issues such as over-commitment, lack of assertiveness, peer pressure, etc, it is time to draw a clear line and reclaim your personal power. In this guided meditation or workshop we look at the benefits of personal boundaries and how to carefully put them into place.

How can we find inner peace among the chaos of everyday life? If you’ve been feeling anxious, spacey, disassociated, numb, and restless lately here’s how to get grounded again. This guided meditation or workshop aims to teach certain mindfulness and grounding techniques as a coping mechanism in times of stress.

So many of us carry repressed and trapped emotions within multiple areas of our bodies, without even knowing it. This repressed energy is responsible for countless ailments and chronic health conditions that cause us great suffering. The fact is that your body doesn’t forget.
